F33LZ Child Safety Standards and CSAE Policy

F33LZ is committed to maintaining a safe platform and enforcing a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"), child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), grooming, exploitation, trafficking, predatory behavior, or any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
This policy is published in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards requirements for social and user-generated content applications.
F33LZ is an adults-only platform intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. The presence or absence of child users does not reduce F33LZ's commitment to child safety or its obligation to prevent, address, and report child exploitation concerns where required by law.
This policy applies to all users, accounts, content, communications, and interactions conducted through F33LZ, including voice recordings, profile information, usernames, uploads, messages, reports, and any other user-generated content or activity.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
F33LZ strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity involving:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
- Grooming or predatory conduct toward minors
- Sextortion or attempted sexual coercion of a minor
- Sexual solicitation involving minors
- Sex trafficking or exploitation involving minors
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Requests for, distribution of, or promotion of exploitative material involving minors
- Attempts to manipulate, exploit, endanger, or abuse children
- Any conduct that violates applicable child protection, exploitation, abuse, or trafficking laws
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspension or termination, access restrictions, preservation of relevant evidence where legally appropriate, and reporting to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other appropriate authorities.
2. Adults-Only Platform
F33LZ is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old.
Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account, accessing the platform, uploading content, interacting with users, or using any feature or service provided by F33LZ.
By using F33LZ, users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to the platform's terms, policies, and safety standards.
F33LZ does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform. If F33LZ becomes aware that an individual under the age of 18 has created an account or accessed the platform, F33LZ reserves the right to remove the account, delete associated content, restrict future access, and take any additional action necessary to enforce platform safety and compliance requirements.

3. In-App Reporting and User Feedback
F33LZ provides in-app mechanisms that allow users to report content, accounts, or behavior without leaving the application. These mechanisms may include reporting tools, support options, or other user feedback channels available within the app.
Users are encouraged to report immediately:
- Suspected CSAE or CSAM
- Suspicious interactions involving minors
- Exploitative, abusive, or predatory behavior
- Harassment, threats, coercion, or grooming
- Attempts to solicit illegal or exploitative content
- Suspected underage users
- Any content or conduct that may violate this policy

F33LZ reviews reports in good faith and may investigate, remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with appropriate authorities when required or appropriate under applicable law.
4. Addressing CSAM and CSAE
F33LZ takes appropriate action to address CSAM and CSAE in accordance with this policy, applicable laws, and platform safety obligations.
When F33LZ obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM, CSAE, grooming, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct involving minors, F33LZ may take action including:
- Removing or restricting access to the content
- Suspending or terminating the responsible account
- Preserving relevant account, content, and report information where legally appropriate
- Preventing repeat access by violating users where reasonably possible
- Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities, including law enforcement or child protection organizations, where required or appropriate
F33LZ does not permit users to store, share, request, promote, or distribute CSAM or exploitative content involving minors in any form.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
F33LZ may use a combination of user reports, internal review, automated tools, manual moderation, platform monitoring, and safety procedures to identify and address violations of this policy.
F33LZ reserves the right, at its discretion and where permitted by law, to:
- Remove content
- Restrict content visibility
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Limit access to platform features
- Block or restrict users from returning to the platform
- Preserve records related to safety investigations
- Escalate incidents to appropriate legal or safety authorities
Users may not evade enforcement actions, create replacement accounts after suspension, interfere with reporting tools, retaliate against reporters, or attempt to circumvent F33LZ safety systems.
6. Compliance With Child Safety Laws
F33LZ is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws, online safety obligations, mandatory reporting requirements, platform safety requirements, Google Play policies, Apple App Store policies, and applicable state, federal, and international laws concerning the prevention of child exploitation and abuse.
F33LZ may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, child protection organizations, government authorities, and legal investigations where required or appropriate under applicable law.
7. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, record, transmit, or share through F33LZ and for their interactions with other users.
By using F33LZ, users agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful conduct
- Exploit, abuse, endanger, groom, threaten, or harass minors
- Upload, request, promote, or distribute prohibited content
- Use the platform for predatory, exploitative, abusive, or coercive purposes
- Impersonate another person
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
- Attempt to evade moderation, reporting, or enforcement systems
Users who violate this policy may lose access to F33LZ permanently.

9. Limitation of Liability
F33LZ takes reasonable steps to promote user safety, provide reporting mechanisms, and enforce platform policies. However, no online platform can guarantee that all harmful, abusive, illegal, or prohibited content or conduct will be prevented, identified, or removed immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, F33LZ disclaims liability arising from user-generated content, user conduct, third-party misuse of the platform, unauthorized activity, or illegal acts committed by users or third parties.
Nothing in this policy limits any obligation F33LZ may have under applicable law.
10. Policy Updates
F33LZ may update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in law, platform requirements, safety practices, regulatory obligations, or operational procedures.
Continued use of F33LZ following publication of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
